The deadline for exchanges and returns is 15 days.
For the return you have to send it on your own with the transport company you prefer to the return address from which we sent you.
Whether it is for an exchange or a return, you must send us an email to busypssyvintage@gmail.com putting your order number in the subject and indicating what you want (exchange or return) and the reason. We will respond in less than 24 hours.
In case of a return, once we receive the garment you have returned, we proceed to issue the refund of the garment. It usually takes a couple of business days. The shipping costs of the original order, if any, are in no case refundable since it is an expense beyond Busy Pussy Vintage.
